Taking advantage
of an excuse to have even more laughs at
Twisters Comedy Club is something we enjoy.
Therefore St Patrick's Night is the perfect
opportunity to have an even bigger and better
night of Stand-up! We will be sticking to
our normal formula of 4 top comedians, but for
this night we are adding into the comedy mix the
unique Irish Band Blo Na Gael - Even the name
has made us chuckle! Trying to describe
their style would be tricky, so in their own
words...
"Blo-na-Gael: a
group of three musicians who take their music as
seriously as it is possible to do while nearly
wetting oneself laughing. Each has different
talents and a differing sense of humour: when
these overlap, critical mass is reached and the
loser buys the next round. The band's major
influences are a rich mixture of Irish
traditional music and a deep enjoyment of festival and
club audiences."
Keeping the theme of Irish Shenanigans, our
comedy will have a definite Irish flavour and
expect plenty of potatoes on the food menu as
well! We'll be buying in extra Guinness
and stocking up on the Jameson's so follow that
rainbow that ends at Twisters, we can't
guarantee a crock of gold, but a great night out
at your home for comedy in Bournemouth is a
definite!
The doors open at 7.00pm and the show starts at
8.00pm. £14.75 for the show and after show
activities or book a table for a 2 course meal
